Join us to say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. We will also have an open bar from 7pm to 1am serving non-premium spirits, house wines, beers and soft drinks.
We start the evening with Canapés & Champagne
Champagne cocktail with passion fruit flavour and Petite Anse assorted New Year’s Eve canapés
Smoked Fish & Sweet Corn Chowder – A thick cream soup made with onion, carrot, potatoes, and Sweet Corn flavoured with smoked fish served with croutons.
Garden Medley Quiche – Selection of vegetables with callaloo and spinach in an egg, milk and cheese mixture baked in a savory pastry shell.
Seafood Ravioli – homemade ravioli stuffed with squid, octopus, mussels and shrimps cooked in a creamy tomato sauce and topped with grated Nutmeg.

Garlic & Lemon Grass Lobster – lobster meat cooked in a decadent garlic & lemon grass sauce.
Roasted Picnic Ham – tropical flavours come alive when this picnic ham is roasted to perfection and served with a honey mustard sauce.
Hawaiian Chicken – chicken legs deboned and filled with a vegetable stuffing, marinated in herbs, garlic, and pineapple juice, baked and served with coconut flakes and a Hawaiian sauce.
Stuffed Peppers – bell peppers filled with seasoned cous cous and goat’s cheese, baked and served with a rocket
and watercress salad.
Mains are served with Hassel back potatoes, wilted greens (pak choi, spinach) and honey glazed vegetables.
