This classic Provençal seafood stew is loaded with lambi (conch), shrimps and fish in a broth delicately flavoured with fennel and tomato, served with fresh bread rolls.
Papaya, Blueberry & mixed leaf salad layered and topped with goats cheese served with a Cranberry vinaigrette.
Petite Anse’s very own smoked pork, thinly sliced and served with cucumber slaw and drizzled with balsamic tamarind reduction.
WHOLE BAKED SNAPPER
Boneless (head on) snapper stuffed with a garden medley of herbs with our signature lemongrass, roasted garlic butter sauce.
Perfectly roasted lamb; flavoured with hints of rosemary and garlic. Its crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. With a lamb jus and mint sauce
HICKORY SMOKED CHICKEN LEGS
Chicken legs filled with a delicious minced vegetable stuffing and glazed with sweet hickory smoked BBQ sauce.
SPINACH AND GOATS CHEESE CANNELONI
Rolled lasagna sheets filled with creamy spinach and goats cheese baked in a tomato sauce and topped with cheddar cheese.
All main courses are accompanied by Parmesan potatoes, wilted greens and steamed vegetables
