This is a sample dinner menu. However, please be aware that here at Petite Anse Hotel, our dinner menu changes every night. Something that never changes is that we use fresh local produce sourced from trusted growers and fishermen in as many dishes as we can. We use the herbs from our kitchen garden to season and add flavour.
Our dishes are typically Caribbean, European and/or Asian. We can cater to those who have dietary requirements, but please let us know as far in advance as possible so that we do not disappoint. The Petite Anse Hotel kitchen team are enthusiastic and bring local passion to their work which we believe you’ll enjoy.
Seafood Chowder – $18.00
A chunky, creamy soup made with smoked fish and mixed seafood garnished with parsley
Vegetable Samosa (v) $25.00
Chickpeas and mixed vegetables sauteed with onions, pepper, garlic and local seasoning, placed in an egg roll wrap, deep-fried and served with a chilli sauce.
Lobster Salad $32.00
Lobster mixed with onions, peppers, fine herbs and mayo on a bed of garden salad.
Barracuda in a Garlic Sauce $80.00
Locally caught barracuda seasoned with local seasoning, baked and served with a creamy garlic sauce.
Pork Loin $75.00
Pork loin seasoned with local herbs and spices, oven-baked till tender served with a teriyaki sauce.
Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon $65.00
Chicken breast marinated with local seasoning stuffed with mixed vegetable, wrapped in bacon, baked and served with a three-cheese cream sauce.
Spinach Quiche (v) $55.00
Fresh spinach cooked with onions and herbs in creamy cheese sauce, baked in a pastry shell and served with vegetables and salad.
All main courses are accompanied with garlic potatoes, beetroot and a selection of vegetables.
Service charge is not included – it is at your own discretion.
