Covid 19: Change to Cancellation Policy
We recently sent this email out to our guests so that they can understand how we’re handling any cancellations that may occur due to the Covid 19 Coronavirus pandemic.

If we could, we would send you some sunshine all the way from Grenada.
However, at the moment, we only have this cancellation policy change information for you. This may apply to you if you have booked to stay with us in the next few months and are wondering what your options are.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and its impact on how we work, socialize and travel, Petite Anse Hotel has decided to adapt its cancellation policy to provide you with the utmost flexibility we can offer during this difficult time.
With immediate effect we will allow changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival, providing these changes or cancellations are made by 30th April. This date is in the first instance and may well be extended should circumstances necessitate. In this regard, we offer to roll all deposits to a future booking date within a year from cancellation if so desired with no penalty once the change is made by the 30th April.
We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our team are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance from the CDC and WHO on hygiene and cleaning.
